Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain software components for our Actions Platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Implement new features and enhancements to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and participate in team discussions to improve overall code quality and development processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to action-oriented software development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++.
• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
