Key responsibilities:
1. Own the hiring strategy and work closely with hiring teams to meet their hiring goals and targets
2. Responsible for Entire Recruitment life cycle right
3. Review and understand technical job requirements
4. Review applicants to verify if the position requirements are met and evaluate based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualification
5. Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
6. Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle
7. Promote our employer brand online and offline
8. Constantly improve recruiting processes and develop innovative ideas around finding & attracting top talent
9. Work with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop compelling and inclusive job ads
10. Always seek to improve our processes and candidate experience
11. Take candidates through the recruiting process. Ensure responses and follow through
12. Track candidate progress. Follow up on tests, interviews, and hiring status with leads
13. Screen applications and share appropriate candidates with hiring managers
14. Creative talent sourcing
15. Initiate and communicate with potential candidates
16. Conduct phone screens and organize in-person interviews
17. Coordinate offer and hiring processes
