Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute programs from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets.
4. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle.
5. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive progress.
6. Monitor and report on program progress, including key milestones, dependencies, and resource utilization.
7. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
2. Proven experience (X years) as a program manager or project manager, managing complex projects or programs.
3. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
