Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and product management teams to understand customer requirements and objectives.
• Design and architect technical solutions that address customer challenges and align with our product offerings.
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement and deploy solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the implementation and integration of solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and solutions, delivering technical presentations and training sessions as needed.
• Continuously assess market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on solution design and implementation.
• Strong technical background in software development, systems architecture, or cloud computing.
• Experience with customer-facing roles, such as solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events, as required.
