Responsibilities:

• Lead the Actions Runtime team in the design, development, and optimization of our runtime environment.
• Collaborate with product management and other engineering teams to define requirements and priorities for runtime features and enhancements.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and standards for runtime development, ensuring code quality, reliability, and security.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in runtime environments, integrating relevant advancements into our platform.
• Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Actions Runtime team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong technical background in runtime environments, with expertise in languages like Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable and reliable runtime solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
